Does fish always mean pregnancy?

My first pregnancy I dreamt of tiny fish swimming in a tank. Last night I had a dream of pretty big fish in a river of some sort. There must have been a flood before maybe because there were smaller puddles with some fish inside. I took those fish to put them into the regular water. I heard it's always pregnancy or fertility. I am not sure what to think. What else can this mean?

I don't think dreaming about anything can mean only one thing every time and for everybody. I dream of fish quite often, yet no kids.

Dreams reflect what we do or see during day. Also what we think, like, fear, looking forward to. It can be any of those that gave you a dream with fish.
