Just did first proper WBTB and boom shakalaka became lucid

I have been doing what I thought was WBTB for a while... setting my alarm for 5 hours after I go to sleep, waking up, but then immediately going back to sleep. It has never worked. I must have just put the waking up and doing something for 30 mins thing in the back of my mind or something because really I just wanted to go back to sleep lol. Anyway, set my alarm for 6 hours after sleep, woke up, came on here for 30 mins, had like 6 chocolate almonds (read Frying Man's post about eating an apple during WBTB time to give mind energy for Lucid), and then went back to sleep. It took about 20 mins or so of SSILD but sure enough I woke in a Lucid. What's the first thing I do? Created a woman and start to have sex with her of course... I got too wrapped up in making out though, closed my eyes, and lost lucidity. I noticed that her lips felt really good at first and then wierd like they were coming apart right before I woke up... most likely because I was losing the dream. When I awoke, my whole body (except for one part ) felt numb like I was in sleep paralysis or something. I'm excited... first time and boom it worked. I tried to fall back asleep and have another one, but I just couldn't relax enough I was too emotionally excited (also physically excited from sex lol). I'm not going to get too overly excited and think that it will work every time... but that was really easy and the transition was so smooth. How often do all of you who do proper WBTB have lucids?

Cool, man, congrats! I rarely do a proper WBTB, but have considered adding it in during vacation. Hope the LDs keep rolling in for you!
