Laying in bed with phone

Ive had this a few times im laying in bed with my phone, i see what i am typing, Then i realise i have eyes closed and i open Them and i have no phone in my Hands

so strange

i just needed to ad that before the phone thing i had subtitles that i was aware of with like watching a documentary

If it happens for a fleeting moment right on the onset of sleep, it is likely hypnagogic imagery or a “dreamlet”. This happens every now and then to me, where I'll be falling asleep (but not yet near a REM stage or actual dream) but happen to abruptly regain enough awareness to realize I'm seeing (or imagining so vividly I'm almost seeing) something and think, “Wait, I'm actually lying in bed with my eyes closed, aren't I?”
