Question Does anybody here WILD by just laying still?

It seems like theres two sides to this forum on how to WILD.

The majority of the forum say Sleep Paralysis is not the goal in WILD. You should be focusing on the dream and falling asleep. Keep enough awareness on the anchor as you fall asleep to remain conscious.

The other seem to follow Nicholas Newport's version (if it even is his version), where you do a wake back to bed, and just trick your body into sleep paralysis by laying completely motionless for a certain amount of time and transition to the OBE from there. Sleep paralysis is the goal here.

Does anybody actually have experience both methods or just does it by laying still

Nope, I just do a regular wake back to bed and if I'm alert enough I will notice when either sleep paralysis or the dream starts.

No I WILD by being more focused on my mind than my body. Usually through daydreaming.
