From my own experience I like waking up for WILD around 3:30AM, but I think it's more important to find out after how many sleep cycles you have most success. For me 3 sleep cycles is optimal (my cycles are 105 mins so I do wild after 5h15 mins) because I have more REM time yet I'm still tired enough for the body to fall back asleep. Having a dark room helps. The exact time that I do the WILD didn't affect my success rate much. |
