      Ive been trying sleeping for 6 hrs, waking for 90 mins, then WILD. It has worked everytime. But my dreams only last for a few mins, then I wake up. How can I make it last longer? BTW, I tried rubbing my palms to increase lucidity & it didnt work.

      That's a pretty damn sweet acomplishment remus0! Everytime?

      I'm not sure about how to increase your dream length. But I think practise will definately give it to you.

      Try doing other things such as:

      Pinching yourself (not too hard)
      Squeezing your fists hard as you can
      Spinning
      Jumping around
      Rubbing your hands against something else, apart from themselves maybe

      Anything that involves a lot of brain stimulation such as the kinetic tasks above I believe should help.

      Remaining calm is always important, even if you think you are calm, you're probably not! The only problem is you can be too calm and lose lucidity!

      Just try not to think too much. Let a part of yourself just go with the dream. The problem is that your try to take too much control over the dream. You have to consider that you are not conscious. You can't think too much about everything. Let the dream take it's path, but guide it some.
      Still trying to decide on a sig.
