I don't know if everyone experiences this or if no-one does, so I've risked looking like an idiot to finally find out.

In the mornings, when I first wake up at about 6 o clock or so, I look at the time, lay back down, and literally instantly from when my eyes close, I return directly to the dream I had been having before I woke up. My body in a flash leaves my real one and I feel the sensations from my dream body. Sometimes I enter it lucid, but most of the time I'm aware it's a dream but don't take control at all for some reason. The dream is usually a lot more bizarre and nonsensical than the one I left, although it will have started from the same spot I left it.

As long as I'm quite tired when I first wake up, I don't even have to try for this to happen.

I'm certain that these are not false awakenings. So don't suggest it please.

So basically what I'd like to know is if there is anyone out there can also do this...

... or if everyone can do it and I'm a moron.

basically what is happening is that you are still in the "dream state" and therefore easier to slip back into it, i have these alot and through these my dreams continue....

through this it is easier to have lucid dream because you fall asleep more quickly and with more these...

I do this, I think alot of people do. Its basicly you slipping from one state of sleep to another. As you've noticed, it is a prime time to get into an LD.
