Something wierd. I put some music on quite loud it was filling my whole room and then I just went to lie on the bed and relax. I was listening to the music and there were sometimes moments where I just couldnt hear anything and then I heard the music again. After a while I stopped hearing everything I was just lying there and 40 min track time has passed that I didnt hear at all. I think I actually fell asleep but I dont think I saw any dream just blackness.

I was wondering if using some relaxing music can help in trying WILD, cause it keeps me focused. I should try it again without falling alseep but im not sure if its a good idea.
