      Unhappy !?! A Strange Deja Vu Feeling !?!

      Hi guys , im havin very strange dreams from a while . They are not lucid . When i do a recall i feel that i have been there before (in the dream) but i havnt been there . Its like going round and round in the same event . Its very strange i dont know how to explain more . Why does this happen ? Can anyone help me ?

      I sometimes dream about places that don't exist in real life, yet I have the strong feeling that I've been there before. Sometime I even know that it was in a previous dream I had.

      Yea this has been troubling me for awhile also because before I go to bed i'll think about something that I did that I must have did in a dream and i'll remember bits and parts of my dreams even if I didn't remember them. It gets really weird because I have this picture in my head of like seeing myself doing something and I swear I remember it happened but I don't know if it was just a dream or what.

      Sometimes my dreams decide to recycle old ideas, or reference to some other dream I've had. They always leave me thinking to myself the next day, 'Wait, haven't I dreamt that before?' It is disorienting!

      Though, if you feel like you're doing the exact same thing over and over, isn't it possible that you're having recurring dreams that you just hadn't recalled before? I don't know how that would work-- I've only had one recurring dream, and that was years ago-- but it seems like it could be possible.

      I know that feeling. It's either a dream scene you haven't seen in a while and see again...

      Or it's another thing, it's like the mind creates dream memories that make the place feel familiar and you can recall memories of being there like you would in RL but you've never been there in any dream before or in RL before. Is that it?

      This has happened to me on the occasion. Don't think it's anything to worry about - it's just how you dream. I'll wake up and think I've had the dream before, or I've been there before in my dream, but I haven't. I don't think it's anything unusual.
