      Daytime dreaming

      I dont very often sleep in the daytime but if I do I find my dreams are completely different to those I have at nighttime. They are more like clips of dreams rather than full dreams, what I mean is I have dream after dream after dream but they are all short and seem to have no obvious begining or end. I just flit from one bit of dream to another. I assume this is because Im not really fully asleep but just drowsing.

      Does this happen to anyone else? Does anyone know why it should be like this if it isnt because of me not being fully asleep?

      I don't really day dream much so I'm not that sure on this one. The reason why it's not full dreams but just small snipets could be because you haven't slept long enough to be fully in REM or your REM periods are too short during the time u "day dreamt". Like I said, I'm not that sure on this, just a suggestion.

      Thanks peppy, thats what I thought Its really annoying just to get a hotch potch of dreams rather than the real thing
