no dreams-- i;m pissed off

i haven't been dreaming at all-- i mean, zero dream recall in the past week. but i've been sick and taking all sorts of shit so... maybe that's why. i've taken:

day-quil
ibuprofen
claritin
robitussin
other stuff...

and i get about 4-5 hrs of sleep per night plus microsleep at school. it caught up to me a few days ago and i got sick. so i stayed home for 2 days and slept for most of it. no dreams

so is my poor recall due to any of the above or is it just coincidence?

Probably some of both. Once you get back to a regular schedule and off the drugs, you should be fine.

Well if you normally have dream recall, and it suddenly stopped after getting sick and taking these drugs.... Then it's obviously because of the drugs and being sick. But if your recall is never that good, then the drugs and such just made it worse.
