      I used to have a problem of closing my dream eyes and not being able to open them

      Anyone else had this? I used to have a lot of dreams where for some reason, I'd accidentally close my eyes and couldn't open them. I'd hear the dream going on and feel things but couldn't see anything. It was annoying and scary at the same time.


      One of my nightmares involved that actually, I was running from someone and accidentally closed my eyes, I stopped, got disoriented and forget which way I was heading, and where he was at. So I started running backwards, but I kept going in a circle for some reason. I could hear footsteps coming at me but I couldn't tell what direction they were coming from.

      you could try and see throught your eyelids, you just shift your focus to something beyond your eyelids and then the scene slowly develops infront of you or what i sometimes do in lucid dreams where I cant see is to sort of see with my mind's eye where I have these vivid visualisations of everything around me, but I'm not looking with my eyes

      Everything makes sense once you stop thinking about it

      Thanks for the advice but I don't have these kind of dreams anymore. I was just curious if it was normal or weird or anything.
