Fantastic clarity

two nights ago my father mentioned the city of San Diego. he did not talk about it in detail. he only said one sentence, "San Diego is a beautiful city". that six word sentence must have triggered something in my brain because i had the clearest non-lucid dream i have ever had. i was dreaming that i was rideing in a car with my family through San Diego. it was un-believable because i looked out the window and saw a beautiful skyline with an ocean behind it. the sun was setting on the ocean and this projected a whole range of colors that reflected off the glass skyscrapers making everything yellow, orange and red as if the sun had really been setting. as we rode over a bridge i could see a highway beneath us and palm trees that divided the two lanes. the palm trees looked textured and the perfect shade of green. if i looked closer i could see the shavings of bark on the trunks. The odd thing was that the trees did not have any shadows when they should have at this time of day but I did not even recognize this till after I woke up it was really amazing because 90% of my dreams take place indoors. And of the 10% that take place outdoors very few have such detail and such beauty. i will defiantly remember this one. so does anyone have clear clarity like this often? and if so how can i have more of my dreams feel like this one?

Oh man your making me envious. I remember the days I got dreams that clear, and lucid at that. The feeling, the everything... so incredible. Anyhow congratulations on this achievement. =)

Most of my dreams have amazing clarity. It's only a few times that I get "super" clarity (which is what I would rate yours). Anyways, congrats.
