How well exactly do you remember your dreams?

I am just curious, (now that i am able to recall at least one of my dreams nightly) how well you recall yours. Occasionally i will remember it in great detail and the feeling of being there, but most times its just a few sentences or short paragraph i can write because i forget as soon as i wake up.

For the most part, how well do you remember the average dream that you have?

My average is now about three dreams a night, but everything from 1-6(or more). Usually around 6 dreams a night on weekends and 2-4 dreams on work nights.

Same with me. about three dreams a night (well actually if i get at least 4 hours of sleep.)

I use to remember around 4 dreams a night. But that was before...unfortunately. I could recall with great quality. I also find out that if I get to bed a little bit later then usual my recall SUCKS.

I tend to only remember one, but the detail is amazing! i remember almost ever single little detail that went into the dream.

for me it varies greatly. some of my dream blogs are only two sentences. others are five or more pages typed.

I value being able to experience a dream in great detail and memory more than having a lucid dream - though having a lucid dream can help
