      Question Sleep Paralyzes

      Lately it seems that im being more awake while SP occur, so what to do when having an SP to get an lucid dream or an OBE?

      I don't know, but I've woken up in sleep paralysis before and it was.... ghastly... absolutely terrifying.

      Open my eyes to my alarm, gotta get up for work, can't move, can't do anything, everything looks funny, do some reality checks, not dreaming, aaaack!

      I've had 3 or 4 of these during my life. I usually just go back to sleep and wake up fine. Scary part is the feeling that someone is standing over me and I cannot move to react.
