      Unhappy Dream scenes fuzzy

Often when I have nonLD dreams I never know details in the scenery, just where I am, I never seem to look at something in particular. I mean, sometimes I do, but never details, like the print on a couch.

A well kept DJ can help this. Write down everything and anything you remember, after a while, this can help not only dream recall, but overall vividness of the dreams.

      Good luck, and happy lucids.
      Bollocks.

Wow, you're really replying to a lot of my posts. Did you look me up?
If you see a strange typo in my post, blame my iPad for that.

No, I was just making my rounds through DreamViews.

I'm glad you asked so many questions though.

lol, asking questions is the best way to understand something

As he mentioned, writing in your DJ is one of the best ways to increase recall. You could try using autosuggestion to try and increase the vividness and recall. I've never tried it for vividness though, so, I can't say it it'll work, but, its worth a try

I have good dream recall-that's not the problem, just that I never pay attention to minor details, not necissarily that my dreams aren't vivid, I just to look at those things.

Take the time to look around in RL and notice the details. Pretty soon, you'll start doing the same thing in dreams. Its a similar concept to the do an RC as much as possible in a day and you'll eventually do one in a dream
