      crap sleep

I'd say for the past three weeks, every day I've been woken up early and/ or kept up late for reasons I can't control. Because of that, my recall, has been going to hell.

I'm just wondering if my body and mind will simply adjust and adapt to these noise issues I have to deal with when I'm about to go to sleep, and when I wake up.

Also if anyone has any tips to help me relax and sleep through it all, without pills.

If you will lie still without moving, swallowing your spit or responding in anyway to itches or anything else, you will fall asleep.

Is it something simple earplugs can solve? If you learn to use them the proper way you can usually jam them into your ears and sleep peacefully. They work amazing wonders for me in college.

Being woken up early can sometimes help you recalling your dreams as you may be woken up during the dream itself.

      But yea, earplugs.
Noticed things in my lucid dreams: Not scare of death (kinda forgotten Freddy special power of killing in dreams, opps?) Huge ego which cause me to summon monsters, most DC are useless and don't even speak.

thanks for the replies guys...I'll try to go back to the earplugs...and it's even effected my REM....I can go to sleep around 5pm and dream...I think that's why i'm not really "sleeping" like I should at night.

I'm experiencing insomnia lately...worse than usual. I think I just get really exhausted, lay down and day dream. I keep thinking that I'm becoming lucid cause I realize my mind has drifted away, then realize that I'm actually still awake, just totally zoned out. WEIRD.

i've never had a problem with insomnia...I'll sleep and dream of blackness...but feel like I've slept, but I wont ever stay up constantly, and daydream. It sounds like your problems may be different from mine.

Yeah, I also have many dreamless nights (or atleast if seems that way cause I don't remember anything)...but this is starting to get really frustrating! I feel like my mind is playing tricks on me. Wish I could just sleep like a normal person! Unless I really am dreaming, but just get interrupted...flicking on and off almost like a light switch...dream, wake up, dream, wake up...every 5-10 min lol But I only wake up when I notice I'm in a dream, it's messed up.
