      Unhappy Sleep is too addictive

That's the problem. It's good for you I know, but I HAVE to wake up at 6:00 AM in the morning. It doesn't matter how early I go to bed, I cannot do it.

I always tell myself, I have to get up, or I'm going to suffer consequences if I'm not awake soon, but it won't go for me. I always just drift back to sleep. In a way, it slowly seduces me and makes me slow down more and more until I sleep.

      Tips?

      Can you see me now?

When do you usually go to bed?

If you sleep less then 8 hours, it's really hard to wae up.

Just set an alarm clock for 6AM with a buzzer. Set it up across the room from your bed and you should get up to turn it off.

Set your alarm in the room next to your bedroom, such as the hallway or bathroom, (make sure it's loud enough to wake you up back in your room) and when it goes off, you have to get up to turn it off.
What if I told you that I am dreaming right now?
That your whole life is a lie?
That the laws of physics as you know them are incorrect?

Furthermore, what would you do if I told you I'm going to wake up as soon as you finish reading my signature?

I've done that before, but I absolutely HATE that. What ticks me off is that it probably is the right solution.

      GAAAAAAAHHHHHHH.

Hate it or not, it's what you have to do. That's what I did for years and now it's easier for me to get up. I still keep the alarm far enough to get up.
