Don't get in a habit of

Not swallowing your saliva after waking up...

I read about why your breath smells horrible when you wake up. It's because toxics from your kidneys leak into your mouth during the night, and for a while i made a habit of spitting in the sink after waking up.

It worked for a while until i started spitting on my bed during the night, happy to say i broke the habit and life is back to normal.

      Just a friendly tip.

How long are you bothered by your morning breath? Mine goes away by the time I brush my teeth... Which is a few minutes after waking up.
      Bollocks.

The breath doesn't bother me. The thought of kidney toxin does though

      This is hilarious.

...creating habits based on ridicuolus beliefs

Your breath smells bad because the bacteria in your mouth produce chemicals that stink and you don't salivate enough to 'wash it out'.

How would kidneys exactly leak anything to your mouth, they're not connected to your mouth or any other part of your digestive system?

Yeah, morning breath is caused by not producing enough saliva while asleep. Saliva has antibiotic properties, and the constant cycle of bacteria reproducing goes wild when there isn't enough.

Kidneys? Where on Earth did you hear that?
