      Influencing flying dreams

      anyone here have any good suggestions on how to influence flying dreams?

      maybe when swimming say to yourself that its like a dream that i'm flying? (it worked one night for me but don't remember much)

      reality checking when seeing a bird or airplane

      or if you play grand theft auto 4, get in a helicopter and switch camera angles to 1st person. then when flying it, it kind of looks like its you that you are flying without a helicopter. probably best to do it at night (in game)

      Yes. All of those sound like rather good ideas. Apart from actually becoming lucid and controlling the dreams yourself, these seem rather reasonable.
