      Extreme heaviness in dreams.

Let me explain what I mean about the heaviness.

Not every time, but only when I'm wrong in doing it is when I feel the heaviness. It feels like my body is made of lead and I am very slow at moving. Even when I'm trying with all my strength.

Dream 1: This girl I care about is fixing to make love with a person I can't stand... It's consensual. I don't know that's it is going to hurt her, but I do know it's consensual. I get on top of the dude and have my fist drawed back to punch, but when I go to hit him. My whole entire body feels like lead and I barely can move. It's a force unstoppable. I can't control it.

Dream 2: Same girl is talking with a guy on the phone. And I am running to her from a distance yelling out to her also. She is saying things like,"Don't bother me..." "Not now..." "I don't want you anymore..." As I get close to her my body begins to slow down and so does the movement of my mouth. A heaviness sets in and I cannot stand anymore. I fall to the ground and the only thing I can do is crawl and my mouth barely moves, but no voice is heard.

What is this? Anyone experience this?

Yes, I used to experience that all the time in nightmares. For me, it was my fear of SP that bled into dreams. Basically, because SP used to terrify me (I thought it was a demonic attack) I used to have a version of SP in my dreams. Lucidity should take care of that.

I used to experience this quite often, usually during unpleasant dreams. Luckily it's been so long since it happened, I forgot about it until you mentioned it. I hope it doesn't come back.

There have been a couple times where I've become lucid and I'll be in my bed, but I'll be heavy and immobile. When I tried to move, I woke up.

Of course, both these instances were right when I was waking up and in the late morning.
