      First Time Ever: Swirling White HI After A Dream

      This morning I had some strange dreams. Then, after waking up from one of those dreams, I saw white Hypnogogic Imagery. It was moving clockwise. I don't know how it happened. Maybe I was dizzy from the last dream or something.

      It's rare for me to see imagery after a dream, but especially in this type of pattern. Just wanted to share, and also posted this to keep a record.

      For one, it is Hypnagogic. Second, when it is from coming out of sleep, it is called Hypnapompic imagery.

      Not unheard of. Just not too common.

      HypNAgogic. Not HypNOgogic.

      Hypno is a no-no...

      Also, I've had some really weird HI after waking up and falling right back to sleep again so I guess you're not alone
