Rosewhip321 touched on this in chat. He said something about tv/computer 2 hours before bed can negatively effect dreaming. Is that true? And how *does* it effect dreaming? |

I think it can propbably cause you to see something that you just saw on TV or on the computer. I dont think that you should just disregard what you see in a dream. There can still be truth in the midst of the other stuff. You have to learn how to rightfully divide the truth from the mess, if you in fact have let some things into your portals and not have a clear mind. |

I usually go on the computer until 9:30 (my bedtime's at 10:00) with no ill effects. I did have a bad nightmare a few nights ago, but it was the first in a few months. |

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.
