      A few REM questions

Say, if a person is sleeping from 9 PM to 7 AM, when would his stages of REM be? This is if a person doesn't wake up at all during the night.

Usually it takes about 4 to 5 hours for REM to kick in so i would say it be about 1 or 2 AM before you dreaming starts.

      This might interest you.

Also, don't listen to PhiL; dreams can occur at almost any time during sleep, and it doesn't take that long to hit your first REM stage.
