      Question Binaural Beats..

      Hmm, i am thinking about getting this app, but i do not know if it is worth the $5... What do you think about these apps/music/beats?

      Binaurals are good, but isochronic tones are even better. Happily, both of these can easily be created on Audacity, a free music editing program. I can post a link to a tutorial for isochronics if you're interested...and also, you can add your own music to the mixes...custom binaurals.

      Cool! I have Audacity, but they seem hard to make. Do you know of any free ones out there?

      I don't know about any free ones, but you can always trust a custom tone if you did everything right. I choose to add lute music/classic Eastern folk music to mine. I find it soothing...most people would probably view them as annoying. I DID actually post some free ones for download...raw materials in the theta state, I think.
