You could try posting this in the dream interpretation forum, if you like. My personal stance on the matter is that dreams are oftentimes random thoughts cobbled together into a sort of general plot line. Thing is, dreams can be influenced by any little thing in the day...I wouldn't worry too much about it. |

a bit uneasy
Hi, I'm new to the forum so I apologize if this isn't in the right area. I had a dream a few days bak, and its been bugging me. My younger sister recomended a dream journal. I was reading it over, and hoped someone on here would be able to help me make sense of it all.
Sorry if it sounds weird, but its been kind of buggin me for the past few days....At work, talking to a female actress who played an astronaut. We sat in a long row of chairs. I made a comment about Serina from Law and Order guest starring on heroes and confused her with serina. She began to cry, and asked if she was okay to continue, she said so, and so I walked into the truck. Inside, I met the Alaina Huffman some interaction, then we appeared by the exit, she tried to put in a code but the door didn't respond. Some more interaction, and she asked me to hit her, and I refused, so she hit me, she did a few times, until I struck her. She laughed then leaned in and kissed me. She began hanging out at my house for a number of days. Second day wearing an emerald green dress with a black band. In a different, apartment, with everything re organized. 2 pairs of children's spiderman sneakers in the closet, she had 2 mothers. I was asked to go to the store with her, woke up

what's bugging you about it? it just seems like a random, meaningless dream.
i don't think it means anything.the news reports on the radio said it was getting worse
as the ocean air fanned the flames
but i couldn't think of anywhere i would have rather been
to watch it all burn away

The part that has me feeling uncomfortable
I just don't want to think my subconscious is trying to tell my ego or super ego that I'm a mysoginist or harbor some mysoginistic traits for some reason.Some more interaction, and she asked me to hit her, and I refused, so she hit me, she did a few times, until I struck her. Ah, pssh. Unless you were lucid and fully aware of what you were doing, I seriously doubt you're a misogynist. If you seriously doubt that you have a thing against women, then it is probably much more likely that you don't have misogynistic feelings than you do.
Bottom line: chill, brah. Besides, the best person to interpret your dreams is yourself. Literally, anything throughout the day could have sparked that dream.
