Ok, I am not sure anymore. Am I simply dreaming about attempting to lucid dream, dream control, false awakenings??? How can I tell?

This morning I dreamt that I woke up, boiled an egg and tried to make coffee- things I don't usually do in the morning!. Then I was just lying in bed in my dream and I realized the apartment I was in was not my own, at first my dream mind tried to find logic behind it stating that the building administration had moved me somewhere else, but somehow I decided I wasn't buying and simply woke up. So, not sure, did I have a false awakening or not? I clearly was not in my house, was not doing things I normally do in the morning, it's like I wasn't myself.
