Thread: How do your Dream Transtions like?

My most memorable one is leaving my dorm, with the hallway in my house being on the other side.

Usually I'll open a door, and the other side will be a scene change. The dream can also change pretty quickly randomly, though. Doesn't always have to be a doorway, etc., that causes the change.

It just switches, there's no doors, no anything. Just I'll be doing something somewhere, maybe with people, and suddenly the whole situation just changes.

I stop paying attention to one element of the story, so I'm focusing on something else.

Basically, I get bored with the story and move on to something more interesting. The transitions between environments make sense according to my dream-logic; it's less about doors and more about where I am in a story.
