      Lower your hours of sleep?

      I found this and it looks like complete garbage to me. Taking only 20 min naps in the day? Your body would kill you because you have to keep getting up after 20 mins...

      What does everyone else think?

      Its polyphasic sleeping, it works and was even done by Leonardo da Vinci himself. I would not recommend it though because of personal experience that it is just not fun

      It should not cause harm if you do it though because by are nature if it was harming you then you would just fall asleep and then wake up 12 hours later

      Welcome to being bipolar. I haven't done two hours yet, but I've got up after 4, and stayed up all day and night without much trouble.



      It's weird, one day your body's like "Only 7 hours!? Get back to bed!" then another day it's like "Only 4 hours!? Well, I guess that's ok then, you can get up now."



      It's similar to staying up as well.



      Body: "Up for 19 hours!? Get to bed, you're too tired to even enjoy playing Final Fantasy VII anymore!"



      then: "Up for 28 hours!? Well, that's cool, you're beating Pro on Resident Evil 5 anyway" then I got this weird second wind as I was about to take my sleeping pills, and was like "I COULD stay up longer if I wanted"
