Your brain and your mind are not the same thing and thinking definitely changes when your body sleeps. Try to think of the dream world as a different dimension, this helped me alot, you just have to get used to some new rules. |

Hard to think.
Hi everybody!
I usually dream and can recall them but i only become lucid random times because it is hard for me to think in a dream! I know, it sounds weird because the mind is awake but seriousley, i can't become lucid if i can't think in a dream! Is there anything that can awake my mind so i can think in a dream?

Have you tried being a little more aware in general. During waking life? Auto-piloting is a lucid killer.
