      Unhappy Sprits and electric shocks

Hey guys. For the past year ive been getting dreams, where im actually physically electricuted. What usually happens is that i dream of some random person thats suposedly a spirit, who then talks, usually says 'are you happy?are you happy now?' after this it feels like electricity is passing through my body, i would then gradually lose my hearing and my voice. My body would shake like this until it becomes completelly numb. by then i wake up, my body fully numb and hearing gone, which comes back after a couple of minutes, by then i have pins and needles in the whole of my body... Is this my mind recreating the sensation?

I don't really have that much knowledge of dreams but I think you're right that your mind is recreating the sensation. I had a dream that I was stabbed in the back and when I woke up my back hurt for a few minutes where I had been stabbed.
