Out-of-body experience Or A Lucid Dream

i Had A Out-of-body experience I Guess But I am Not Sure
Because I Had Some Vibration And Heard Some Weird Noises And Yes I Came Out Of Body But When Came Out Of Body i Did See Myself But When I Moved My Finger Then My Physical Body Moved His Finger And Then i Did Go To Video Game i Guess I Do not Know And How Then I Could Go To Settings And Weird Stuffs Like That But The Graphic Was Like A Video Game But Then I Tried To Wake Up But It Failed Then Asked If He Could Wake Me Up Then He Teleported Me To What i Will Call A Torture Place Where You Torture People And There Where No People Only Me Then I Tried To Kill Myself To Wake Up But i Could not So I Grab My IPod Touch And Did Go To The Alarm And That Wake Me Up I Through Then I Was Going To Tell My Dad That I Had A Oobe And Stuff Like That Etc.

Is It A Lucid Dream Or An Out-of-body experience?...

I Dont Think So. But i did go to sleep and woke up after 6 hours of sleep and was awake about 30min i Think It Is Called Wild and then i toke one lucid dream pill then i did go to bed.. (it helps me remembering my dreams better)...

Learn to type without capitalizing every damn word (except for I's, which were all small, what the hell?), I beg of you.

I don't even know what to say in actual response to the topic, here ... other than it was a dream. Unless you can physically prove to yourself that it was real with no plausible way of denying it (say, having turned every building in the world in to a marshmallow in your dream and then seeing a report about it when you woke up), assume it was a dream.

Maybe you are right but its weird but had some lucid dreams before and it wasn't like that but here i felt vibration and heard some weird high noises but i didn't float over myself and i didn't see a silver cord.
