      Total Time Distortion?

This was like a few months ago, but when i woke up i felt like i had slept for 10,000 years, I couldn't recall anything but 10,000 years of sleep came into my mind and i felt very relaxed like i actually felt like i slept for that long, O_o

Its normal for the Circadian clock (internal clock) to lose track of time during sleep, but 10K years is a little much. Its honestly just about how your mind perceives things. If you had a dream that covered 10K years, whether in detail or not, your mind may still think that it was asleep for that long. How long did it last afterwards? Another explanation is that your body could have had an extended REM cycle, this accounts for both the extended dreaming, and the sensation of well-restedness.
