Items being pulled by magnetism.

I had a dream where I was newly married and I was shifting. My wedding ring came off my finger as if there was a magnet pulling the ring and also a book on the counter I was stacking things on. A friend overseas at the same time had his mobile phone and he commented that he was holding the phone and weirdly fell out of his hand and through a crack in his staircase and he had to search for the mobile. So he was doing what in real life what I was doing in the dream.

what do you mean by shifting?

Changing residence. The friend was a shift worker, so most times we would both sleep at similar times. We both tried to share-dream for 7 months. We would not even match dream scenary, or dream themes. I usually connect in 3-4 days with other people in joint dreaming, I was really frustrated. I did however float around him in several dreams observing him - I became fixated on his watch, or his clothes. He did dream of me, but once again not joint. He rarely dreamt before we met and within two weeks he was dreaming vividly, taking note of car number plates etc. I began to dream less. The magnetic pull thing happened near the seventh (very frustrating) attempted share-dreaming month.
