WILD is where you go to sleep and time yourself to wake up during an REM period and then go back to sleep putting yourself in your previous dream and remembering to become lucid right? I tried that last night, I was planning on staying awake like half an hour before I went back to sleep because a book I'm reading said that staying awake for half an hour to an hour before going to sleep increases chance of lucidity by 20X, but I was never able to wake up.
