      Head to the main Dream Views site. Dreamviews Lucid Dreaming Community & Resource - Home Click on the links under "Menu" on the left in order, reading through all the content available. Find your way to the various lucid dream induction methods, and you'll be well on your way to lucidity.

      If you're asking what Menu items I'm referring to, I simply mean to read up on what lucidity really is, what dream recall is and how to improve it, and then get started on induction techniques. Just follow the tutorials you find, you'll be fine.

      Start here: Dreamviews Lucid Dreaming Community & Resource - Introduction
      Then read up on this: Dreamviews Lucid Dreaming Community & Resource - What is Lucid Dreaming?
      And keep going until you've read all the articles available on the front page of Dream Views.
