      Post LD supplements

      Hello fellow dreamers, i am going to buy some choline, will this have an imediate effect after just one night of taking it? or will it take a while to have some effect. What Im asking is, When i take it tonight will it effect my dreams? If so, in what way?

      It should have a fairly immediate effect, but I don't know much about it, you'd have a better chance at the Lucid Aids forum under Attaining Lucidity. If a mod sees this thread they'll move it.
