Opinions on this subject will vary wildly. I personally would stay away from melatonin as you will sleep very deeply and right through your stage 5 cycle in many cases. |

For having good dreams what combinations would work best. Looking in the cabinet I have some various supplements. I have some Choline 800mgs, B-100 vitamin supplement, Melatonin, Ginkgo and Ginseng, Vitamin C, I also have GABA. I'm not sure if I should experiment with these for inducing dreamstates of awareness. I'm wondering if these are what I can use or if I should look for something else. Are these good dream aids? |

yesterday I took melatonin (6mg sustained rls.) for the first time and had 2 dreams. While I still have to work on lucidity, I rarely have dreams. I also take a multi vitamin in the morning so maybe the B's were still in effect as well. |
