Hey. First of all, I'd like to say that I do know there are about 2 other threads like this already, but since they've been inactive for the past 3 years or so, it seems to me that it's a good idea to make a new one.
Anyway, I'll start my yoga classes tomorrow, and though I've never had professionals teaching me before, I used to practice it with my mother, and until now I hadn't had the chance to go taking lessons outside home. I'm so excited, this is probably one of the best things I'll be doing in the next years. So yes, back to the main point of this post: I've heard here and elsewhere yoga can and is recommended for Lucid Dreaming. I don't know much about LD so far, and the closest thing I had to lucidity while inside a dream was a short thought about being able to get out of a certain nightmare, which, right after the problem was solved, only caused me to wake me up. And here I am; How can I use yoga as a tool to help me to develop skills that could possibly help me on attempting to LD? Any advice? Any people who practice yoga wanting to share tips?
Thanks in advance.
