Yeah, basically I had a whole bunch of lucid dreams this morning, and I am completely unable to tell which were lucid dreams, which were real life and which were just my imagination. |

After getting a good 6 hours of sleep, it's much easier to lucid dream. Part of the reason is that our REM periods last longer the longer we sleep, and have reached a significant lenght by then. It also helps that we are rested, though still calm and sleepy, making it easier to get back to sleep, but keep your mind awake. When awakening often, I would guess we have a better chance of LD'ing because we have more chances to fall asleep consciously. |

Well life is short, so love the one ya' got, 'cause you might get run over or you might get shot.

You can set your computer to play songs at different times. You should get Winamp if you want to do that. It plays things at a certain time and shuts off at another time of your choice. It is free too. |

I'm not a believer in the fact you need 8 hours of sleep to really LD.. sure they'll probably happen more.. but they will suck, and be way to easy to wake up from. |
