Yeah, basically I had a whole bunch of lucid dreams this morning, and I am completely unable to tell which were lucid dreams, which were real life and which were just my imagination.
The other day I slept on the couch and slept in, and I was disturbed by the TV and people very often between about 8 and 10 in the morning, which braught on a lucid dream and two false awakenings. I tried it again this morning and I had probably at least 5 LDs, in a very complicated way. I would realise that i am constantly waking up, and i would let myself slip in and out of a very shallow sleep often without losing consciousness. Some of them weren't even dreams, just my imagination, but a lot were and it was quite amazing - I have only had 3 LDs before today.
I guess what I am suggesting at is something like BWGen (if that even works) or just mp3's to wake you up to that level on a regular basis over an hour or so after 6-8 hours to try and emulate what happened this morning.
Has anyone had an idea like this/tried it out? This morning could have just been a fluke.
