Being too much aware in lucid dreams, makes it collapse!

      Hi all..

I have a problem regarding lucid dreaming..
Sometimes, while i'm lucid dreaming, i become very aware; then the dream collapses.

Nearly every time when i lucid dream, i feel so happy and i keep thinking that i want to last much more time in that lucid dream, and not to wake up. And i start think that i hope that in the reality, my cell phone is off or silent, so it doesnt ring and wake me up..

Every time i think like that while lucid dreaming, the dream collapses and i wake up or get into an unconscious deep sleep.

So, my question is: how can i control my awareness while lucid dreaming, so it doesnt be too much; just to last more in the lucid dream?

      Thank you..

      And waiting for replies please.

You should stabilize your dream, and don't think about external things, like your real body or your cellphone: this will turn your attention to these exterior things and you will for sure wake up.

I think your mistaking awareness that you're in a dream and awareness that your sleeping/lying in bed...

Sometimes if you become too aware that your dreaming, your awareness shifts to your position in bed.. This is what causes a lot of people's dreams to collapse.

When you become Lucid, you should do what Brunor said and avoid thinking about your waking life... This will only remind your mind that you are really awake in your dream... Make sure, things don't make too much noise around you in your waking life..

Or else you'll find yourself locking onto the sound and remembering your surroundings in reality..
