what happened to me during a WILD attempt?

so 2 days ago, I tried to WILD, it was in the afternoon, maybe around 5ish, I was home alone and I was fairly tired, so I laid down on the couch in my living room ect, I guess I wasn't really taking it seriously at a WILD attempt, but I just thought I would try it again because...why not
and after about 20 minutes of just counting my breaths, no SP, but my body felt sort of heavy, my eyes starting to like twitch and move, I don't know if it was happening because I had my eyes closed and they started to open, but they were twitching and moving and it stopped after like 10 seconds
and that happened again yesterday during another WILD attempt I tired in the early morning
what happened? I haven't h had a successful WILD, nor have I attained sleep paralysis while attempting a WILD (I've only attempted a few WILDs but I wasn't really taking it seriously, tonight I will take it seriously) anyway
has anyone else experienced this???

It means your body was starting to fall asleep. You were almost there.

crap!
it happened to me again earlier today while trying to try Yoshi's WILD technique
but I heard noises so I moved...
turns out it was my dad coming home.
and I started to see like a white light? and random thoughts popped in my mine...
but when my eyes were moving, I wasn't in SP how far away was I from the dream or SP?

I get that every time, but sometimes I think its because I get too tensed up? I don't know I'm in the same position, if it is indeed a good sign of WILD I'm pleased as it means I have had 100% success rate with WILD to that point

so do I, well I've tried the normal WILD only 3 or 4 times, and it's happened to me every time
it's really weird, I don't know if it's my eyes opening because I'm tensing them? but I can't control it and they move around, it's annoying and weird

Im not sure, but the farthest I got was my eyes moving rapidly and i was seeing flashes of light from time to time, with my eyes closed. However my father was on the computer next to me.
