      It makes it sound so easy.. That's WILDing, there's a big tutorial on it (I'd read that for more info). So the answer is yes that would work, but only after A LOT of practice. Give it a try, works best at a mid-day nap or WBTB.

      This is just a basic WILD via sleep paralysis technique.
      However, the image is missing a vital step. It forgets to mention that you need to sleep a few hours before trying this, to ensure your in REM. Unless you do this during a nap.

      By the way, what happens if you enter SP to WILD but a REM cycle isn't near?

      Will you have a non-REM dream, fall asleep, or be stuck in SP until you find a way out? (extremity wiggling, etc)

      You will fall asleep in most cases. Sometimes you might wake up. I think it depends how the person reacts to the sleep paralysis.

      Uh, can you really hallucinate if you open your eyes during sleep paralysis? I've never experienced this when I enter sleep paralysis.
