      Question Recommended Books about LDing?

What are some good books on the subject of LDing(or related)? I want to learn more about lucids and I thought this would be a good way to go along with it, along with lurking around dreamviews.

      TIA.

Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming by Stephen LaBerge is probably the most logical starting point.

The best technical book on LDing is deffinentally Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming by Stephen LaBerge (as stated already, you might want to start with this one).

Lucid Dreaming: Gateway to the Inner Self by Robert Waggoner was what I started with and it is an interesting read with pretty cool ideas to try while LDing (or so I think anyway, lol).

Another one is The Art of Dreaming by Carlos Castaneda, but approach this one with a VERY open mind. His dreaming experiance is very different, but some of the techniques presented are very applicable to LDing. You just have to wade your way through some ... different opinions on the nature and working of dreams. Otherwise, it's not a bad read.

Have fun and good luck! I hope this helps.

As everyone already said, I'd say Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming is the best choice. Although I haven't read it myself yet...
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

The Lucid Dreamer by Malcom Godwin.

This one explores lucidity from every angle from the western view, to the eastern, and to the native. It truly is a beautiful book and immerses you in the entire spectrum of our art.
