next lucid dream you have stop and say show me something important. i mean yell it out into the dream and you will get a response. the results will certainly surprise you i got the idea from the book, Lucid Dreaming: Gateway to the Inner Self by Robert Waggoner. I highly reccomend this read for those who have an interest in the true power of lucid dreaming. basically by asking to show something important, you are asking your subconcious. It is your subconcious who responds

Haha, definitely gonna try this, although my dreams like to fuck with me alot, wouldn't be suprised if it turned into a nightmare or something

I have done this multiple times. The last time that I did it made me reconsider my relationship with my girlfriend. I had recently been very interested in another girl but had not done anything unfaithful. When i became lucid, i was in my aunts house and there didnt seem to be anyone else in it. I was standing in the kitchen and decided to say "show me something important". Immediately my aunt came walking out of darkness holding my girlfriends arm. They both looked very upsett and my aunt spoke to me. She told me that my girlfriend had been taken advantage of and hurt before and said dont make the same mistake. I didnt know how to respond, they both turned away and vanished into the darkness. The next day i told my girlfriend about the dream (not that i had been interested in another girl). She then told me that a past boyfriend had cheated on her more than once and that she didnt date for a while after because of him. The other times i have done this were more impressive, but everytime is always something important

Thanks! I'll try that. From my experience it will be very helpful and powerful for me. Once i'm good enough on being lucid, that is. This wil be the first serious thing i'll try.

It could be more effective than normal dreams for finding meaning, as you are aware and participating while it is happening, instead of trying to make sense of what happened after you wake up.
