sleep paralysis signs (question)

Yesterday, I was attempting to do a WILD I was doing the method where you go 1 "I'm dreaming" 2 "I'm Dreaming" and etc. I also try and stay as still as possible. Now my question is when I got to about 400 I started to get dizzy and I started to feel tingley all over my body. After a couple more seconds, it all stopped. I stayed really calm and my heart rate was I think was the same as when I started to attempt the WILD. Now was that signs of SP or not? If it was then I didn't feel like I was getting crushed nor was a paralyzed. I also felt a little warm. And if this was signs of SP then why did it stop? Eventually I got up and did some Reality Checks but nothing. And just another quick questions... (Sorry for all of my questions.) Can swallowing stop SP because usually while I try to attempt a WILD I have to swallow a lot.

Nah, that wasn't SP. And swallowing won't stop you, just do it and move on. If you were trying to sleep normally, you would swallow and fall asleep anyways right? Same thing with WILD. So many people forget that falling asleep is the first key to WILD.
