      What do I do Next?

Ok, so I've stopped thinking about lucid dreaming constantly like normal, and decided to put all my attention into my dream recall. It's been a month and a half, almost two, since I tried an induction technique. It's helped heaps! I can remember 3 full dreams a night, 2-3 fragments, and I've had false awakenings almost every night. And they're all extremely vivid. Like so vivid they seem like memories; and surprisingly, I can remember dialogue in good detail, which I am amazed by. But I have a few questions:

In a lot of my dreams over the past 3 weeks, I've been remembering making concious decisions in my dreams. Does that mean the dream was lucid, or was it just extremely vivid?

What does a lucid dream even feel, look like?

Do I have to do an induction technique to actually become lucid?

And what induction technique do you suggest?

Sorry for the long post, and I'd really appreciate any feedback

If you want to know whether these vivid dreams were lucid dreams, I suggest you look up the definition of lucid dream on wikipedia and compare it doesn't really matter though, as you probably know it could be done "more lucid", and no matter what it's called, it's still the same thing that happened. I might have misunderstood this question though :/

No. After all, there are people who have lucid dreams without even knowing that such a thing exists. Techniques increase the probability of having one though just browse this site and read up a bit about WILD, DILD, WBTB etc and choose the technique that suits you the most (as some might not fit your lifestyle or sleeping habits). Most of the ILD-techniques are simply principles though, instead of detailed procedures, so you might make up your own technique based on these principles (all I ask of you is that you don't give it another ILD-name and try to establish it in the lucid dreaming-community lol).

I'm sorry I can't answer the remaining question as I haven't had a lucid dream myself yet (at least none that lasted longer than ~1 second).

      Good luck getting lucid.

Its important to have a goal, like learning to fly or something. Try a WBTB; im sure there are decent tutorials around the site. In the waking period in the early hours of the morning, journal your dreams, and keep your goal firmly in mind before you go back to sleep. My first decent lucid came from a WBTB.

I havent really done any induction technique in a very long time, I have simply learned to just notice when it is a dream, so i get an average of two a week at the moment. I really wish i could explain how it works; Its difficult to put into words.
I sort of notice how the dream looks. In the dream world, everything is blurrier, and you have no peripheral vision. In other words, if you try and look at something out of the corner of your eye, you wont see anything. I dont use this as a regular reality check, i simply notice this.

I suggest making a list of things you want to do- I have some 50 items on mine. Now go dream your wildest dreams

It sounds like your recall is rocking. Now, go back to trying some induction techniques. Try WBTB with a WILD or MILD. You will be lucid in no time.
