Ok, so I've stopped thinking about lucid dreaming constantly like normal, and decided to put all my attention into my dream recall. It's been a month and a half, almost two, since I tried an induction technique. It's helped heaps! I can remember 3 full dreams a night, 2-3 fragments, and I've had false awakenings almost every night. And they're all extremely vivid. Like so vivid they seem like memories; and surprisingly, I can remember dialogue in good detail, which I am amazed by. But I have a few questions:

In a lot of my dreams over the past 3 weeks, I've been remembering making concious decisions in my dreams. Does that mean the dream was lucid, or was it just extremely vivid?

What does a lucid dream even feel, look like?

Do I have to do an induction technique to actually become lucid?

And what induction technique do you suggest?

Sorry for the long post, and I'd really appreciate any feedback
