      Reflexes or Lucid?

Would you think it is old reflexes or maybe stepping into lucidity(<-Most likely a typo) if i suddenly wake up and take a big jump in bed and react depending on what is happening(<--hehe) when i start dreaming and something starts coming at me about to hit me(If its a fist i'd block or punch back. Or if i'm about to fall of a bike then right before i hit the ground i wake up and try to save myself

You are just realizing you have left the state so you need a little time to get back to normal. It isn't slow.

      What he said

People are generally a little groggy (depending on person) and take some time to realise that they've woken up
      It's neither reflex or lucidity
